The Brasserie on the Bay
The Brasserie on the Bay opened in May 2012 and was awarded 2 AA Rosettes in 2013. Diners will enjoy the contemporary feel of the Lounge at the Lodge on arrival and are certain to be offered a warm welcome.
The Brasserie prides itself on its local approach; menus are created to coincide with seasonal produce. Wherever possible local Kentish producers are chosen to ensure that the experience you have is of the highest quality Chef is Michael Fowler, he is passionate about using local producers and is a local from Sandwich himself! He moved away to learn his trade around the world with some of the best chefs in the industry: Marco Pierre White, Steven Black and Rich Stein and notably at Langdon Hall in Canada as Sous-Chef when the Restaurant was in the Top 50 in the world.
