Amano

Amano is a neighbourhood Italian restaurant with four stylish rooms, based in the Kent market town of West Malling. Located within a refurbished grade II listed building, with four boutique hotel rooms, the restaurant serves Italian specialities, created by head chef Fabio Moschini, combining the best of Italian and Kent produce with a menu made up of fresh antipasti, home-made pasta, pizza and delicious main dishes. Upstairs, the four rooms have been decorated in a contemporary style, with ensuite bathrooms for each room, respecting the history of the building with reinstated timber sash windows and internal oak beams, perfect for a relaxing stay.
