Standup Paddleboarding with Ana (SUP) offers paddleboarding experiences locally to Kent and further afield with UK trips and Abroad holidays being also popular.

Our lessons are held on River Medway in Tonbridge with a spectacular tour passing historical medieval Tonbridge Castle.

Join this immersive experience in nature and gently cruise along the river in a effortless glide .a mindfulness experience surround yourself with the sounds of nature spotting kingfishers, cormorants and herons.
