There will be plenty of inspiration at each of the exhibitions for anyone thinking of building a home from scratch or extending or renovating an existing property. Organised by Britain’s longest running self build magazine the ‘Build It Live’ exhibitions will take place in Kent, Oxfordshire and Exeter in 2025.
Bringing Build It magazine to life, ‘Build It Live’ is the UK’s most practical and focused self build show designed to provide face-to-face inspiration with thousands of products and expert advice all under one roof.
First time self builders will also be sharing their own self build journeys in a series of seminars. Free invaluable advice will be available from the shows experts so save on consultancy fees and bring along your plans to discuss with Build It’s experts. The first ‘Build It Live’ exhibition will be at the Kent Show Ground in Detling near Maidstone on 22 and 23 February 2025 followed by a show at Bicester Heritage in Oxfordshire on 7 and 8 June 2025 and a final show in the South West at Westpoint Arena in Exeter on 13 and 14 September 2025.
Exhibitors at ‘Build It Live’ next year will include companies who have won awards at the prestigious Build It Awards including house builders Welsh Oak Frame, Fleming Homes, MBC Timber Frame, Potton and English Brothers. To find out which award-winning companies are exhibiting visit here.

Tickets are now on sale from the website. The standard ticket price will be £12 per person. Children under 16 are admitted free with an accompanying adult. Open Saturday between 10 am and 5 pm and Sunday between 10 am and 4.30 pm. Tickets are valid on either day or can be used to attend on both days.
