β¨ π History Highlight: Teynhamβs name dates back to Roman times, and it was an important agricultural area in medieval Kent. Conyer, once a bustling port for grain and shipbuilding, has its own maritime heritage. As we walk, weβll trace part of the Saxon Shore Way, a trail that once served as a Roman defence line against Saxon invaders. Established in AD 276, the forts along this path played a key role in Britain's military defence. β³π‘οΈ

πΎ Friendly dogs are welcome! Please ensure they're leashed when needed, especially around fields with livestock.
Before hitting the trail, make sure to pack:
π A - Suitable footwear (preferably walking boots or sturdy shoes, no flip-flops)
