Margate Cookery School
Margate Cookery School has been set up by Kate de Syllas, Harry Ryder and Simona di Dio of acclaimed Margate restaurants, Hantverk & Found and Bottega Caruso. The school is based in the heart of the Old Town and offers a variety of classes and workshops for both beginners and the more experienced cook.
Also offering wine tastings and regular events on subjects such as, food writing. Classes range from the short and informal one-offs to more in depth courses and some include the opportunity to grill your chef-instructor over a meal and glass of wine. Drawing on the wealth of culinary talent here in Thanet, their teachers are all well recognised in their fields and can't wait to share their skills and knowledge with you.
