Get the know-how on sustainable and safe foraging for unusual wild ingredients with Sarah from Wild Feast, who will help guests become more confident in recognising common edible wild plants – how to identify those worth eating and those best left in the wild.

On a Wild Feast course, learn how to identify a range of edible wild plants and how to use wild food to prepare tasty dishes and drinks. Sarah develops many of her own original recipes and provide ideas and tasters on her courses, making the most of wild flavours and local seasonal ingredients.

Sarah offers courses that offer both foraging tuition and wild food cookery ideas as well as wild cocktail workshops. Bookable courses are usually held in East Sussex.

Sarah also attends various events further afield across Sussex, Kent, Surrey and Bucks.
